Cybersecurity Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Forest Hills, NY that is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a steady pipeline of Infrastructure and Cybersecurity initiatives. This role focuses on managing small to mid-sized technology projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely, well-organized delivery across multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities:
* Manage multiple small to mid-size Infrastructure and Cybersecurity projects
* Gather business and technical requirements from stakeholders
* Develop project plans, timelines, and status reporting
* Coordinate teams across Infrastructure, Security, and Engineering
* Drive execution of enterprise initiatives (e.g., migrations, end-user technology deployments, platform upgrades)
* Identify risks, dependencies, and issues; communicate impacts proactively
* Ensure projects remain on scope, schedule, and aligned with business priorities

REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years of experience managing technology projects
* Hands-on experience with Infrastructure and/or Cybersecurity initiatives
* Strong requirements gathering, planning, and communication skills
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, request-driven environment
* Experience managing projects with distributed or remote teams

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
