Job Description
Required Qualifications
5-10+ years of experience in IT systems administration or enterprise endpoint management.
Advanced expertise with Windows 10/11, Intune, Autopilot, MECM/SCCM, and/or Jamf.
Strong understanding of identity and access management (AD, Azure AD, Conditional Access).
Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and endpoint security tools.
Demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives and resolve complex issues.
Strong communication, documentation, and customer service skills.
Ability to travel domestically/internationally as needed; participation in on-call rotation required.
Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency a plus.
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with modern device management and zero touch deployment strategies.
Background supporting Azure Virtual Desktop, Citrix, or other DaaS platforms.
PowerShell scripting for automation.
Relevant certifications (Microsoft, CompTIA, ITIL).
Experience coaching or mentoring team members.

Base Pay
$118,000.00 - $144,000.00 USD Annual
Bonus: 20% - 30%
The base pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target salary for the position. Invenergy considers a number of factors when determining base pay offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education and skills.
