We are seeking candidates to work on a team at our client site in Loveland, CO. We have multiple positions available, which include either .Net and/or Java full stack development. No 3rd party candidates can be considered for this role.
W2 hourly rate range: $50.00 to $80.00
Location: Loveland, CO, 2 days onsite, but could switch to 1 day onsite given room in office.
Duration: through year end, with possible extensions or conversion
- The client is moving from Java to .NET. and is currently on Java 8 (going to modernize soon). The role requires experience having gone through that migration would be a plus. Currently on latest .NET and the team is in the middle of a modernization effort. Candidates should have legacy Java System (struts and Oracle). Building new services in .NET. Moving towards microservices, Cloud (Azure) and event-driven architecture. In addition to Java and .NET would like candidates to have Apache Struts and RESTful API. Candidates who have built API's, Designed endpoints. Oracle Database is the Legacy backbone. New sercies are being built in .NET (C#) using Postgres instead of Oracle. Use modern ORM's and understand differences between legacy vs. modern DB.
- Core profile: Strong in ONE backend stack: Java or.Net, Strong API experience (REST). Apache Struts, and Solid Database knowledge (Oracle or SQL-based)
- Strong candidates will have Kafka/RabbitMQ/Azure Service Bus, Cloud (Azure), Microservices exposure.
