Role Overview
Senior SAP FSCD Business Analyst, supporting SAP integration and expansion projects post-acquisition. This role focuses on SAP FSCD (Collections and Disbursements) and requires strong business analysis and finance expertise.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, document, validate, and secure approval for complex business requirements across finance functions, with a focus on SAP FS-CD Collections and Disbursements.
Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and SAP development, configuration, and QA teams.
Lead planning, creation, and execution of comprehensive UAT strategies.
Maintain deep functional expertise in SAP FS-CD, including payments, broker reports, account maintenance, installment plans, dunning, autoclearing, and system integrations.
Support additional initiatives and responsibilities as assigned.
Technical Qualifications
Minimum 7 years of experience implementing SAP financial applications, including the Collection and Disbursement Module (CD).
Minimum 5 years of experience in the insurance or financial services industry.
Strong business acumen and ability to translate complex business needs into effective SAP solutions.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
General Qualifications
Proven success leading cross-functional requirements workshops.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
Experience presenting technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Must-Have Skills
SAP FSCD OR strong SAP FI/GL experience
