Experience: 10+ years

Minimum 3 certifications (Admin + Sales Cloud Consultant + one of CPQ/Service/Marketing/Data Cloud)

Key Requirements:
8+ years as a Salesforce BA with multi-cloud experience
Strong in requirements gathering, gap analysis, and stakeholder management
Hands-on with reports, dashboards, data analysis, and data tools
Experience with UAT, solution validation, and process improvement
Good communication and documentation skills
Preferred:
Agile/Scrum experience
Knowledge of data governance/MDM
Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering
