Job Title: Salesforce AI Administrator

Required Skills:

Experience - 7 to 8 years SFDC experience as Admin and Development
Configure and manage Salesforce security, users, profiles, permission sets, objects, fields, page layouts, and Lightning apps.
Build advanced automations using Flow, Approval Processes, validation rules, assignment rules, and escalation workflows.
Develop custom solutions using Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce as needed.
Design and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools, and data management utilities.
Create advanced reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business insights and performance tracking.
Manage deployments, environments, testing, and production support following Salesforce best practices.
Configure and optimize Salesforce AI features such as Einstein, Next Best Action, Bots, and AI-driven insights.
Ensure AI readiness through strong data quality, governance, security, and responsible AI usage.

Work Site: Naperville, IL (Onsite 3 days a week - Tue, Wed and Thur)

Duration: 6 months

Expected Start Date: 2 Weeks
