Salary: $95,000.00 USD Annually - $110,000.00 USD Annually
Description: Our client is currently seeking a Salesforce Administrator for a Hybrid role in Oak Brook, IL. You would be responsible for the configuration, administration, and ongoing maintenance of the Salesforce platform. This role partners closely with technical and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, best-practice Salesforce solutions, ensure data quality, support users, and drive platform adoption.

This job will have the following responsibilities:

  • Configure and maintain Salesforce functionality, including:
    • Screen Flows, assignment rules, validation rules, and approval processes
    • Custom fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts
    • Apps, actions, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports
  • Manage users and licenses, including:
    • User provisioning and deactivation
    • Roles, profiles, permission sets, public groups
    • Organization-wide defaults and sharing rules
  • Manage Salesforce sandbox environments and deployments
  • Maintain data integrity and quality through automation, rules, and governance
  • Respond to and resolve Salesforce user support tickets
  • Perform proactive system maintenance, including:
    • Security Reviews
    • Salesforce release updates
    • Health Check and Optimizer reviews
  • Gather and document business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions
  • Identify unused or underutilized Salesforce features and recommend improvements
  • Communicate Salesforce changes and enhancements to end users and stakeholders
  • Monitor and improve Salesforce user adoption
  • Deliver end-user training and create training documentation
  • Maintain technical documentation


Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
  • 3-5 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience
  • Strong experience with:
    • Salesforce Lightning Experience
    • Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP)
    • Salesforce Experience Cloud (Communities)
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce security and sharing model (roles, profiles, permissions, OWD, sharing rules)
  • Experience configuring Salesforce features such as:
    • Flows, custom fields, page layouts, record types
    • Custom settings, dashboards, and reports
  • Experience using Salesforce Data Import Wizard and/or Data Loader
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to gather requirements and recommend technical solutions
