Job Profile: Implementation Conversion Analyst 1
Location: Remote
Duration: Long Term Need Hands- on experience Credit card and IBM AS 400

***Previous Debit card experience strongly preferred for this role such as processing or operations. ***

Managing Debit card portfolios for financial institutions (banks, credit unions, resellers)
Consulting and assisting clients through a platform migration
Perform routine calls with clients providing guidance and support on the Debit migration. They will be the point of contact for the overall project and through a 2-weeks warranty support period.
Supports questions on the new Debit platform to include user interface, reports, operations, and supporting products.
Coordinates with the internal project team to receive and deliver information to their clients.
