System Validation Engineer
Job Summary

We are seeking a System Validation Engineer with a strong Electrical Engineering background to support hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing, system validation, and analysis of energy products. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with electrical systems, test equipment, and troubleshooting complex hardware/software interactions. Experience with compliance standards is a plus but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute system-level validation and test plans.
  • Set up and maintain Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) test environments.
  • Analyze system behavior and validate functionality against product specifications.
  • Use lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, power analyzers, and data acquisition tools.
  • Investigate test failures and determine whether issues are related to firmware, hardware, system integration, or specifications.
  • Review technical specifications and validate compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with firmware, hardware, controls, and systems engineering teams.
  • Document test procedures, results, findings, and recommendations.
Required Skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Strong understanding of electrical engineering fundamentals.
  • Hands-on experience with electrical testing and measurement equipment.
  • Experience reading schematics, specifications, and technical documentation.
  • Knowledge of power systems, controls, or energy-related products.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
