We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Manager of Electronic Discovery Services to lead litigation support initiatives through the effective use of technology and streamlined processes. This role reports to the Chief Operating Officer and provides leadership over eDiscovery projects, document review teams, and the organization s litigation software environment. You will collaborate closely with legal teams, outside counsel, and vendors to ensure the successful execution of document-intensive cases and maximize the value of eDiscovery tools.

What will your day look like?
As the Manager of Electronic Discovery Services, you will:
Champion and oversee the Firm s litigation support efforts, applying industry best practices and technology trends
Manage document-intensive litigation projects and supervise document review teams as needed
Design, implement, and maintain the Firm s litigation software environment
Provide training on eDiscovery software use and project management to staff and end users
Confirm the accuracy of documents and exhibits for trial
Oversee daily operations of the eDiscovery group and coordinate special projects
Ensure milestones, goals, and budgets are met while maintaining high ethical standards
Troubleshoot technical issues and develop practical solutions quickly
Stay current on changes in eDiscovery-related technology and trends
You will be a good fit for this role if you have:
A bachelor s degree with a minimum of 5+ years of eDiscovery experience and prior supervisory experience
Strong technical skills including systems analysis, process development, and consultation on hardware, software, and functional specifications
Expertise in Reveal administration or other legal/document review software
Subject matter expertise in state and federal court rules relating to electronic discovery and litigation practices
Strong project management, problem-solving, and multitasking skills in fast-paced environments
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal and external clients
E-discovery certifications preferred
