Summary

Design, execute, and maintain manual test cases for custom objects, flows, Apex triggers/classes, validation rules, approval processes, and Lightning components.
Author end-to-end test scenarios covering Leads Opportunities Cases Entitlements/SLAs Knowledge Communities/Experience Cloud.
Use SOQL to validate data integrity, parent child relationships, sharing rules, and record visibility across profiles/permission sets/roles.
Perform regression, integration, UAT support, and release smoke testing across sandboxes and production with change-set/CI deployments.
Create and manage test artefacts: Test Strategy, Test Plan, Traceability Matrix, Test Cases, Defect Reports, Exit Criteria.

Required Qualifications

4 6 years of hands-on QA experience focused on Salesforce platform testing (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud).
Strong manual testing expertise: test design techniques (boundary, equivalence, decision tables, state transition) and exploratory testing.

Nice to have

Salesforce certifications: Administrator
ISTQB/CTFL certification and strong test analysis background
