Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Product Specialist / PMO Tools Administrator to support a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation program. The role focuses on administering project management, reporting, and collaboration tools across a multi-year enterprise program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and support SharePoint and MS Teams (sites, permissions, document management)
- Configure and support Jira (queries, dashboards, security, Agile/Hybrid teams)
- Maintain project tools for budgeting, scheduling, forecasting, and reporting
- Support Power BI reporting and data analysis across Jira, SAP, Excel, and other tools
- Ensure project portfolio data accuracy and governance compliance
- Collaborate with PMO, IT, and business stakeholders
Required Skills:
- 5+ years experience supporting large IT or enterprise programs
- Advanced SharePoint Administration
- Strong Jira / Agile project management tools experience
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts)
- Power BI reporting and MS Office (Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Preferred Skills:
- SAP program or ERP lifecycle experience (SAP Activate)
- Power Automate workflows
- Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot / SharePoint AI features
Education:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
Compensation:
The hourly rate for this position is $96.00 - $105.00 per hour.
