Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Product Specialist / PMO Tools Administrator to support a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation program. The role focuses on administering project management, reporting, and collaboration tools across a multi-year enterprise program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and support SharePoint and MS Teams (sites, permissions, document management)
• Configure and support Jira (queries, dashboards, security, Agile/Hybrid teams)
• Maintain project tools for budgeting, scheduling, forecasting, and reporting
• Support Power BI reporting and data analysis across Jira, SAP, Excel, and other tools
• Ensure project portfolio data accuracy and governance compliance
• Collaborate with PMO, IT, and business stakeholders

Required Skills:

• 5+ years experience supporting large IT or enterprise programs
• Advanced SharePoint Administration
• Strong Jira / Agile project management tools experience
• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts)
• Power BI reporting and MS Office (Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Preferred Skills:

• SAP program or ERP lifecycle experience (SAP Activate)
• Power Automate workflows
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot / SharePoint AI features

Education:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

Compensation:

The hourly rate for this position is $96.00 - $105.00 per hour.
