Summary

Our East Coast client is preparing for an Epic go-live and needs an Accounts Receivable Manager to oversee patient accounting for the legacy application system prior to the cutover. This is 100% remote, with an initial duration of 3 months. W2 hourly only; no vendors.

Requirements:

Proven hospital/facility billing AR management experience (hospital revenue cycle)
Track record leading legacy AR wind-down/runout, ideally through an EHR conversion or system sunset
Ability to build and drive an AR run-down plan: aging analysis, prioritization, denials and follow-up, cash acceleration, and staff/vendor coordination
Comfortable working remotely with client billing/RCM teams
Eagle (legacy patient accounting) experience strongly preferred
Epic Resolute Hospital Billing / PB familiarity a plus
