Job Title: Systems Engineer – SaaS (Salesforce)

Remote (US & Canada)

Role Summary

Designs, modernizes, and migrates enterprise CRM platforms with strong expertise in Salesforce development and architecture. Leads and supports CRM replacement initiatives, particularly Microsoft Dynamics to Salesforce migrations, including data mapping, workflow migration, and system integration. Responsible for building and stabilizing Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and declarative tools, while aligning with enterprise architecture and governance standards.

Works closely with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with backend ERP systems such as SAP using MuleSoft, APIs, and modern integration patterns. Supports data-driven initiatives using Salesforce Data Cloud, Agentforce, and AI-enabled automation, ensuring scalable, secure, and reliable solutions in complex enterprise environments. Contributes to large-scale CRM modernization programs, balancing speed, auditability, and long-term platform maintainability.

Required Qualifications

3–7+ years of experience in Salesforce systems engineering, development, or technical consulting
Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Salesforce configuration
Solid understanding of Salesforce data models, security architecture, and platform best practices
Experience supporting CRM migration or large-scale modernization initiatives, preferably Microsoft Dynamics to Salesforce
Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) using APIs or middleware such as MuleSoft
Ability to work effectively in complex enterprise environments and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Willingness to travel to customer locations (primarily within the U.S.)

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification or progress toward CTA
Salesforce Application Architect and/or System Architect certifications
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and Agentforce
Exposure to AI-driven automation or intelligent workflow solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP or financial systems in regulated enterprise environments
