- Strong knowledge of Customer Master Data and related O2C master data domains.
- Experience defining data governance policies, business rules, workflows, and data ownership models.
- Ability to conduct data profiling, validation, remediation, and quality improvement activities.
- Experience working directly with business stakeholders and facilitating workshops.
- Strong understanding of Sales, Pricing, Billing, Shipping, Credit Management, and Customer Master processes.

- Define business rules, approval workflows, and data stewardship responsibilities.
- Monitor master data quality metrics and implement continuous improvements.
