Digital Product Manager

Duration: 6+ Months

Location: NC-Greensboro, Hybrid 1-2 days onsite

Overview: Every Turnberry consultant belongs to a practice, an internal group of consultants and leaders with shared experience and expertise. Each of these practices aligns to one of the core services Turnberry offers to clients. As a Digital Product Manager, you will join Turnberry's Business Transformation practice. Turnberry's Business Transformation practice is dedicated to diagnosing and addressing core business challenges including regulatory compliance, full-scale implementation, managing change and driving continuous improvement across transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Own the end?to?end product lifecycle from discovery and strategy through launch and continuous improvement

Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals

Gather and prioritize requirements from customers, stakeholders, and market research

Translate requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog priorities

Partner closely with UX/UI designers to ensure intuitive, user?centered experiences

Collaborate with engineering teams in agile/scrum environments to deliver features on time

Conduct customer research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform decisions

Monitor product performance using KPIs, analytics, and customer feedback

Manage trade?offs between scope, timeline, and quality

Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership

Identify opportunities for optimization, innovation, and new digital capabilities

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

3-7+ years of experience in digital product management or related roles

Strong understanding of agile and lean product development methodologies

Experience writing product requirements, user stories, and roadmaps

Ability to analyze data and make data?driven product decisions

Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills

Proven ability to balance customer needs, technical constraints, and business objectives

Strategic thinking and problem?solving

Customer?centric mindset

Strong prioritization and decision?making skills

Comfortable working in fast?paced, ambiguous environments

Ability to influence without direct authority

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with SaaS, mobile apps, e?commerce, or enterprise digital platforms

Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Productboard, or Aha!

Background in UX, engineering, or digital marketing

Experience working with APIs, integrations, or cloud?based platforms

MBA or product management certification (CSPO, PSPO, Pragmatic, etc.)

The salary range for this role is $110,000 to $155,000 or the hourly equivalent.
