Infrastruture Engineer :NTR and/or VFC - Charlotte NC

Role: Infrastructure Engineer
Locations Charlotte, NC (3 days onsite)

Hands-on Infrastructure Engineer role focused heavily on financial/compliance call-trading recording systems

As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will:

• Support migrations between compliance recording platforms, including platform consolidation initiatives.
• Design, implement, and maintain compliance recording solutions utilizing NICE Trader Recording (NTR) and/or Verba Financial Compliance (VFC).
• Work with recording integrations such as Proteus, Continuity Replay, and Vodafone recording solutions.
• Execute on premises to cloud migration projects for infrastructure and application workloads.
• Manage application and infrastructure lifecycle activities, including patching, upgrades, maintenance, health checks, and decommissioning.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, networking, security, and application teams to ensure successful deployment and migration activities.
• Support build and deployment processes utilizing release management and configuration management best practices.
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity (BCP) solutions for critical systems.
• Perform system performance analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause investigations.
• Ensure compliance with information security policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ Years Experience with NICE Trader Recording (NTR) and/or Verba Financial Compliance (VFC).
• Experience with Proteus, Continuity Replay, or Vodafone recording integrations.
• Experience migrating between recording platforms and conducting platform consolidation projects.
• Experience with on premises to cloud migrations involving infrastructure and application workloads.
• Understanding of build/deployment pipelines, release management, and configuration management processes.
