Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Lead Java Developer with strong expertise in Core Java to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing development teams, driving technical excellence, and delivering high-quality solutions aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade Java applications
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams
Develop clean, efficient, and maintainable code using Core Java concepts
Drive architecture decisions ensuring scalability, performance, and security
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and Product teams
Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
Participate in sprint planning, estimations, and Agile ceremonies
Ensure timely and quality delivery of projects

Required Skills:

Strong expertise in Core Java (Java 8+)
Deep understanding of OOP concepts, multithreading, collections, and memory management
Strong knowledge of design patterns and data structures
Hands-on experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC)
Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices
Strong knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases such as MySQL and MongoDB
Experience with Git/version control systems
Strong debugging and performance tuning skills
Familiarity with Maven or Gradle

Preferred Skills:

Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
