Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Remote IT Financial Analyst to support our organization's technology financial planning, budgeting, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT operations, financial analysis, and remote work environments.
Responsibilities:
Analyze IT department budgets, expenditures, and financial forecasts
Prepare and present financial reports related to IT projects and operations
Collaborate with IT and finance teams to develop budgets and financial plans
Monitor IT spending to ensure cost efficiency and adherence to budgets
Assist in financial modeling and cost-benefit analysis for IT initiatives
Track and report on key financial metrics and KPIs
Support procurement processes and vendor financial evaluations
Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
Qualifications:
Experience in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field
Proven experience in financial analysis, preferably within IT or technology sectors
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and cloud services
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Proficiency in financial software and tools (Excel, ERP systems, etc.)
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
