What\'s in it for You?
Pay: $75,000 to $105,000 per year, based on relevant HVAC and leadership experience
Typical schedule: Monday through Friday, approximately 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Hours: Approximately 45 hours per week
15 days of PTO annually, available for use after 90 days

Your New Role
Lead residential HVAC service operations in Cartersville, GA.
Supervise, coach, and develop residential HVAC service technicians.
Set clear expectations and follow through on technician performance, workmanship, productivity, communication, and customer service.
Reinforce established HVAC diagnostic, troubleshooting, testing, documentation, and service procedures.
Make sure technicians use HVAC diagnostic tools and testing equipment properly to verify system performance.
Review service results and diagnostic information to identify coaching and training opportunities.
Use service metrics, technician performance data, and operational information to improve efficiency and consistency.
Help technicians clearly explain HVAC system findings, repair options, and installation options to homeowners.
Support appropriate HVAC system installation opportunities based on documented system conditions and homeowner needs.
Help technicians improve their technical skills, customer communication, and ability to follow established service processes.
Address field and customer service issues promptly and work with the team toward practical solutions.
Help maintain efficient scheduling, workflow, and technician utilization.
Work closely with company leadership to improve service processes and day-to-day field operations.
Build accountability through clear expectations, coaching, and consistent follow-through.
Maintain high standards for workmanship, communication, integrity, and customer experience.

3+ years of residential HVAC service experience
1+ year of HVAC field leadership or service management experience preferred
Experience as an HVAC Service Manager, Service Supervisor, Field Supervisor, Lead HVAC Technician, or similar position preferred
Strong knowledge of residential heating and air conditioning systems
Experience with HVAC diagnostics, troubleshooting, repairs, and system performance testing
Working knowledge of common HVAC diagnostic tools and testing equipment
Ability to supervise, coach, and develop HVAC service technicians
Ability to follow established service procedures and reinforce them consistently across a team
Comfortable using service software, technology, diagnostic information, and performance metrics
Strong communication, organization, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ability to explain technical HVAC findings and service options clearly to homeowners
Ability to manage field priorities and follow through on service department expectations
Commitment to accurate recommendations, quality workmanship, integrity, and customer service
Georgia HVAC licensure/certification preferred
NATE certification preferred
Valid driver?s license
