Core Responsibilities Provide daily operational support for CMDB processes covering infrastructure, cloud, and enterprise platforms. Support and maintain ServiceNow Discovery across on-prem and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform). Monitor discovery health, ingestion pipelines, reconciliation rules, and data flows to ensure accurate CMDB population. Perform operational triage, remediation, and root cause analysis for CMDB data gaps, integration failures, or ingestion anomalies.
