About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced
ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform, with a strong focus on IT Service Management (ITSM). This role requires hands-on development expertise, strong platform knowledge, and experience working in enterprise environments-preferably within financial services.
Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules
- Implement and customize ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, etc.)
- Build workflows, integrations, and automation using ServiceNow best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
- Ensure platform performance, scalability, and data integrity
- Support platform upgrades, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance
Minimum Qualifications- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
- 10+ years of overall software development experience
- 3+ years of experience working with ITSM applications
- Active ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
- Active ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification
- Certifications must be verifiable through the ServiceNow Now Learning platform
- Experience working within financial services environments
- Ability to work onsite in Irving, TX or Charlotte, NC
Preferred Qualifications- Experience with large-scale enterprise implementations in financial services
- Knowledge of Common Service Data Model (CSDM)
- Familiarity with ServiceNow platform architecture and data model best practices
