Job Title: SAP SD Business Solutions Analyst
Location: Hybrid (1–3 days onsite weekly) – Pennsylvania
Duration: 6-Month Contract-to-Hire
Rate: $55–60/hr W2 (Contract) | $115K–$120K (Full-Time Conversion)

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) Business Solutions Analyst to join a collaborative IT team supporting enterprise sales and distribution processes. This role acts as a strategic partner between business stakeholders and technical teams, driving system improvements, solving complex issues, and delivering high-impact SAP SD solutions.

This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with strong potential for long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, enhance, and support SAP SD modules including:

  • Sales Order Management

  • Pricing & Quoting

  • Available-to-Promise (ATP)

  • Third-Party Sales

  • Transportation processes

• Lead requirements gathering and translate business needs into functional solutions

• Develop functional specifications, coordinate testing, and support production releases

• Act as a liaison between IT, business teams, and vendors

• Lead or support projects and enhancements across the SD landscape

• Troubleshoot complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes

• Drive process improvements, standardization, and operational efficiency

• Maintain documentation aligned with business and technical roadmaps

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

• 5+ years of hands-on SAP SD experience (configuration, support, enhancements)

• Strong expertise in:

  • Sales & Distribution processes

  • Pricing, ATP, order-to-cash workflows

  • Integration with other SAP modules

• Experience in manufacturing or similar industry environments

• Proven ability to:

  • Gather and analyze requirements

  • Work directly with business stakeholders

  • Drive solutions with minimal supervision

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Self-starter with a solution-oriented mindset and leadership capability

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP or process certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMI, Six Sigma)

• Experience with SAP Fiori applications

• Understanding of cross-functional SAP integrations (MM, FI, etc.)

• Prior experience in a lead or senior analyst role
