Revenue Billing Analyst

Remote opportunity(Santa Clara, CA)

Contract- 9 -12 Months

 

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

 

  • 2+ years of progressive experience in billing, accounts receivable, or revenue accounting.

 

  • Proven track record of actively executing month-end and quarter-end close deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

 

Technical & Soft Skills

  • Solid understanding of US GAAP, with specific exposure to revenue recognition principles (ASC 606).
  • Proficiency in major ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite)
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, complex formulas, and data modeling).
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with rigorous attention to detail.

 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating financial data to non-finance stakeholders.
