Requested Qualifications

The candidate must be an Expert level Systems Developer (84+ months of experience). The specific technical requirements are:

ETL Migration: 84 months experience in reverse engineering Oracle Warehouse Builder (OWB) ETL processes and developing new replacement Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) processes.
Data Modeling: 84 months experience in Data Modeling (Dimensional & Relational), process improvement, normalization/de-normalization, and data manipulation within a child welfare environment.
Oracle Development: 84 months experience working in an Oracle Data Warehouse performing development using PL/SQL.
Advanced ETL Techniques: 84 months experience using techniques such as bulk select, bulk insert, arrays, dynamic SQL, and developing detailed incremental ETL processes.
ODI Mapping: 84 months experience developing and testing maps, performing source-to-target mappings, and storage capacity planning in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
Full SDLC: 84 months experience in the Software Development Life Cycle, including requirement gathering, debugging, infrastructure upgrades (Oracle upgrades), and production support.
Environment & Scripting: 84 months experience in UNIX or LINUX environments developing Unix Shell Scripting and sftp protocols.
Database Objects: 84 months experience building database schemas, tables, views, indexes, and stored procedures.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree.
