Requested Qualifications

The candidate must meet the Expert skill level, requiring 84+ months of experience.

ETL Migration: 84 months of experience in reverse engineering Oracle Warehouse Builder (OWB) ETL processes and developing new replacement Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) processes while maintaining consistent functionality.
Data Modeling: 84 months of experience in Data Modeling (Dimensional & Relational), process improvement, normalization/de-normalization, data extraction, data cleansing, and data manipulation specifically in a child welfare environment.
Oracle Development: 84 months of experience working in an Oracle Data Warehouse performing development work using PL/SQL.
Advanced ETL Techniques: 84 months of experience using advanced Extract/Transform/Load techniques including bulk select, bulk insert, arrays, dynamic SQL, and developing detailed incremental ETL processes.
ODI Mapping: 84 months of experience developing and testing maps, performing source-to-target mappings, storage capacity planning, and developing ETL in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
SDLC & Support: 84 months of experience in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including requirement gathering, testing, debugging, deployment, production support, and infrastructure/Oracle upgrades.
Unix/Linux: 84 months of experience working in UNIX or LINUX environments developing Unix Shell Scripting and SFTP protocols.
Database Objects: 84 months of experience in building database schemas, tables, views, indexes, and stored procedures.
Education: Bachelor''s Degree.
