IT Support Technician

Description

We are looking for an IT Support Technician to support desktop hardware, peripheral devices, and workstation connectivity in Phoenix, Arizona. This position focuses on hands-on technical support for computer equipment, device setup, and cable management in a detail-oriented work environment. The ideal candidate brings practical experience with Dell and Apple systems and can resolve hardware issues efficiently while maintaining organized, dependable service.

Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, monitors, docking stations, and related hardware for end users

Troubleshoot physical device issues involving workstations, peripherals, and connectivity components to restore functionality quickly

Set up and organize cabling for computer equipment to ensure safe, clean, and reliable workstation installations

Provide technical support for Dell-based systems and Apple devices, including basic diagnosis, replacement, and configuration tasks

Perform hardware upgrades, part swaps, and equipment deployments in accordance with operational needs

Document completed service activity, equipment changes, and recurring technical issues to support ongoing maintenance efforts

Requirements

Hands-on experience supporting computer hardware and associated peripheral equipment
Working knowledge of desktop setup, hardware replacement, and physical device troubleshooting
Familiarity with cable installation and structured workstation connectivity practices
Experience working with Dell Technologies equipment in a support or deployment capacity
Ability to assist with Apple device setup, support, and basic hardware-related problem resolution
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple technical tasks with attention to detail
