Minimum Requirements- must be local to the DC Metro area and be able and willing to go on client site 4-5x a week in McLean, VA to start, then hybrid after the first 3-4 months
- 20+ years of increasing technical experience to include 8+ years in a leadership role in ERP Deployment/Integrating Engineering.
- Hands-on experience coordinating across Infor, Icertis, Costpoint, or similar platforms.
- Strong background in system integration, cutover planning and deployment governance.
- Expertise with System Development Lifecycle models and project management.
- Expertise in mid to large corporations (30,000 personnel +) highly desired
Role OverviewThe Deployment Engineering Lead will coordinate technical build and deployment activities across Icertis (CLM), Infor (S2P), and Costpoint (Finance). This role is responsible for ensuring integration, configuration, migration, and cutover engineering activities are executed consistently and aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and coordinate SI technical teams (Icertis, Infor, Costpoint) during build and deployment.
- Own the technical deployment plan, including environments, data migration, and cutover.
- Ensure consistency across integrations, middleware, and reporting.
- Provide technical guidance to Deployment SMEs and resolve cross-platform issues.
- Partner with Enterprise Architect to ensure deployments align with enterprise standards.
- Support hypercare and transition to operations.
