Job Details

As a Project Assistant, you'll support construction inspection and testing activities across the state, keeping projects organized and on track from the field to the office.
  • Support the site coordinator / project manager with scheduling and coordinating expert inspections, testing, and repairs
  • Travel throughout the state to attend scheduled site work
  • Maintain project timelines, task lists, and deliverables
  • Coordinate communication among attorneys, site coordinators, consultants, and clients
  • Follow up with internal teams to ensure deadlines are met
  • Identify potential project issues or risks and escalate appropriately

What You Bring
  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination or legal support
  • Background in a law firm or construction/real estate environment is a strong plus
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities without missing a beat
  • Sharp written and verbal communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail - you catch things others miss
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with project or document management tools is a bonus
  • A collaborative spirit paired with the ability to work independently and take initiative
