Job DetailsAs a Project Assistant, you'll support construction inspection and testing activities across the state, keeping projects organized and on track from the field to the office.
- Support the site coordinator / project manager with scheduling and coordinating expert inspections, testing, and repairs
- Travel throughout the state to attend scheduled site work
- Maintain project timelines, task lists, and deliverables
- Coordinate communication among attorneys, site coordinators, consultants, and clients
- Follow up with internal teams to ensure deadlines are met
- Identify potential project issues or risks and escalate appropriately
What You Bring
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination or legal support
- Background in a law firm or construction/real estate environment is a strong plus
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities without missing a beat
- Sharp written and verbal communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail - you catch things others miss
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with project or document management tools is a bonus
- A collaborative spirit paired with the ability to work independently and take initiative
