The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process, from planning to execution, while ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Job Details
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee all stages of project life cycle, including conception, design, construction, and completion.
2. Develop comprehensive start-up schedules and ensure that all projects are completed within the designated timeline.
3. Lead and manage a team of engineers, construction workers, and other professionals, ensuring that all members are working cohesively towards the project's goals.
4. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to safety standards, building codes, and project specifications.
5. Negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors, ensuring that all agreements are in the best interest of the company and the project.
6. Manage project budgets, ensuring that all work is completed within the approved financial plan.
7. Address any issues or delays in the construction process promptly and effectively, implementing solutions that minimize disruption to the project timeline.
8. Liaise with clients, architects, and other stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or queries they may have.
9. Implement quality control measures to ensure that all work meets the highest standards of excellence.
Qualifications:
1. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the engineering or construction industry.
3. Demonstrated experience in construction management, project management, construction planning, and contract negotiation.
4. Exceptional leadership skills, with a proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
5. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.
7. In-depth knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.
8. Proficiency in project management software and other relevant computer applications.
9. A proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects from start to finish, within budget and on time.
