Title: SAP Agent Performance Management (SAP APM / SAP Commissions) Lead Consultant
Tenure: 6 Months
Location: Remote
Required skills:
- 5+ years of SAP Commissions / SAP Agent Performance Management experience.
- Strong expertise in Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) and Sales Performance Management (SPM).
- Hands-on experience configuring:
- Compensation Plans
- Crediting Rules
- Quotas & Territories
- Commission Calculations
- Incentive Programs
- Payee Hierarchies
- Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
- Experience with SAP CPI, SAP Integration Suite, or middleware integrations.
Experience with large enterprise implementations
