📍 Charlotte, NC Hybrid

We are seeking a skilled GenAI Backend & Platform Developer to build enterprise-grade AI-powered backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and cloud-native technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Develop scalable microservices and APIs using Spring Boot, WebFlux, Kafka, and distributed architectures
Build GenAI solutions including conversational assistants, RAG pipelines, and AI agents
Integrate LLM platforms such as Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, and Anthropic into enterprise systems
Design orchestration workflows using LangChain, Java-based state machines, and agent frameworks
Deploy and manage applications on Azure, Kubernetes/AKS, and Docker
Build CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins
Implement observability, testing, security, and governance best practices

Required Skills

5–8 years of software engineering experience
Strong Java and Spring Boot/Spring Cloud expertise
Experience with cloud-native microservices and distributed systems
Hands-on knowledge of Kafka, REST APIs, async processing, and container platforms
Familiarity with GenAI/LLM integration and workflow orchestration
Experience with Azure cloud and Infrastructure as Code tools is preferred

Nice to Have

Experience with RAG, AI agents, or LangChain
Knowledge of Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates
Exposure to observability and tracing tools
