Role Title and Description: Senior AI Product Manager, Revenue Cycle AI Agent Platform (DOFR Focus). The role leads pod-based delivery of the DOFR Intelligence and Routing Agent, the Payer Policy and Contract Analysis Agent, and the Huma.ai orchestration core during Phase 1. This is a senior individual contributor role requiring the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct people management responsibility.
Years of Experience: 8+ years of product management experience, including prior work in healthcare revenue cycle, payer-provider operations, or claims systems. Working knowledge of RCM workflows and payer operations is a gating qualification, not a preference.
Required Certifications: Agile or product management certification (for example, CSPO or PSPO) is a plus.
Good to have: Candidate must coordinate and orchestrate deliverables across a cross-functional pod (data scientists, data engineers, interface engineers) and define AI-specific success metrics (routing accuracy, dispute resolution rate, AR days improvement).
Requirements: Senior AI Product Manager to lead pod-based delivery of the DOFR Intelligence and Routing Agent within the Revenue Cycle AI Agent Platform. The candidate must translate complex managed care concepts, including Division of Financial Responsibility, capitation overlaps, and coordination of benefits, into actionable agent requirements. The candidate must demonstrate strong ability to coordinate and orchestrate team deliverables across a cross-functional pod, work effectively through ambiguity in a fast-moving, evolving program, and apply sound agile and product management principles. The candidate must possess demonstrated experience in AI product management, including familiarity with agentic systems, orchestration platforms, human-in-the-loop governance models, and the ability to define AI-specific success metrics. The candidate must hold direct working knowledge of RCM workflows and payer operations as a gating qualification, and must influence stakeholders across engineering, managed care, and finance without direct authority. A strong sense of urgency and delivery focus is required, given the Phase 1 timeline and the financial impact tied to measurable milestones.
