Position Title :: Patch Management Analyst

Locations :: Phoenix, AZ | Onsite 5 days a week

Job Description:

AgreeYa is a global Systems Integrator and is seeking an experienced Application Packaging Engineer to join our growing team in Phoenix, AZ. In this role, you will play a critical part in delivering secure, reliable, and automated software deployments by customizing application packages and supporting enterprise patch and vulnerability remediation in a regulated financial environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in information systems, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in IT Vulnerability Management, IT Application Support, IT Networking, IT Operations, or related support role.
• Strong Analytical and communication skills with a focus on cross-functional collaboration.
• General support knowledge involving the Financial-Banking industry preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Administer patch management support of servers, workstations and enterprise system devices.
• Maintain Incident, Task and Change support ticket assignments.
• Track and report on related KRIs, SLAs, and vulnerability metrics. Coordinate with Business End users, IT and Solution support teams to conduct vulnerability and patch remediation work.
• Design, build and deploy packaged updates and application installs associated with patch vulnerability management.
• Perform EPS project work and cross-department collaboration efforts.
• Participate in process and procedure reviews to improve vulnerability remediation efficiency and system stability.
