Role Overview

Seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Core HCM Functional Consultant with hands-on experience in implementation, configuration, and production support.

Key Responsibilities

Gather business requirements and translate them into Oracle Cloud HCM solutions.
Configure and support Oracle Core HCM modules and business processes.
Support workforce structures, employee lifecycle, security, and HCM transactions.
Participate in SIT/UAT, data migration, testing, and go-live activities.
Troubleshoot production issues and support Oracle Cloud quarterly updates.
Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and technical teams.

Must-Have Skills

Strong hands-on Oracle Fusion/Cloud Core HCM experience.
Experience with implementation, configuration, and support.
Knowledge of Workforce Structures, Person Management, Employment, and HCM Security.
Experience with HDL, HCM Extracts, OTBI, and BI Publisher is a plus.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
