Role Overview

Seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Talent Management Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Performance Management, Goal Management, and Talent Management.

Key Responsibilities

Gather requirements and configure Oracle Cloud Talent Management solutions.
Configure and support Performance Management, Goal Management, and Talent Profile.
Support talent processes including goal setting, performance reviews, talent assessments, and career development.
Participate in SIT/UAT, testing, data migration, and go-live activities.
Troubleshoot functional issues and support Oracle Cloud quarterly updates.
Work closely with HR/business stakeholders and technical teams.

Must-Have Skills

Strong hands-on Oracle Fusion/Cloud Talent Management experience.
Expertise in Performance Management and Goal Management.
Experience with Oracle Talent Management implementation, configuration, and support.
Knowledge of HDL, OTBI, BI Publisher, and HCM Extracts is a plus.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
