Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Developer with strong expertise in .NET, Angular, C#, SQL, and RESTful API development. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in full-stack application development, Agile methodologies, cloud technologies, and enterprise-level software solutions. Experience within the Mortgage Servicing domain is highly preferred.

This role will also contribute to Artificial Intelligence initiatives focused on Inquiry Management and Call Center Agent Assist solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, implement, and deploy enterprise-grade software applications.
• Build and maintain scalable web applications using Angular and .NET technologies.
• Develop and consume RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Write optimized SQL queries, stored procedures, and database solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Conduct code reviews and promote coding best practices to minimize technical debt.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, design artifacts, and deployment documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production and application issues through root cause analysis.
• Ensure adherence to software configuration, version control, and quality management processes.
• Contribute to AI-driven projects supporting Inquiry Management and Call Center Agent Assist capabilities.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Full Stack Software Development.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Angular
• .NET Framework/.NET Core
• C#
• SQL Server
• RESTful APIs
• Experience with Azure cloud technologies.
• Experience with VSTS/Azure DevOps.
• Strong understanding of Agile software development methodologies.
• Experience designing and developing enterprise-wide software solutions.
• Proven ability to work independently and handle complex technical challenges.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Mortgage Servicing industry experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience supporting AI/ML-based applications and automation initiatives.
• Experience working in highly regulated enterprise environments.
