Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) with strong healthcare technology experience to lead complex technology initiatives within a healthcare environment.
The ideal candidate will be a highly technical program leader who can drive large-scale programs across engineering, product, and healthcare business teams while maintaining strong client relationships. This role requires a hands-on TPM mindset, capable of understanding technical architecture, managing delivery across multiple engineering teams, and aligning healthcare business requirements with scalable technology solutions.
The TPM will also act as a client-facing program leader, ensuring alignment between healthcare stakeholders, engineering teams, and business leadership while driving program execution and delivery excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead large-scale technical programs involving multiple engineering, product, and data teams.
Drive end-to-end program delivery, including planning, execution, governance, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.
Collaborate closely with engineering teams, solution architects, and product managers to ensure successful implementation of technology initiatives.
Manage technical program roadmaps, dependencies, architecture alignment, and delivery timelines.
Serve as the primary client-facing program lead, maintaining strong relationships with healthcare stakeholders.
Act as a pseudo account manager, ensuring strong engagement, communication, and satisfaction with healthcare clients.
Coordinate delivery across cross-functional teams including engineering, data, cloud, and integration teams.
Track program KPIs, milestones, and delivery metrics, ensuring successful program execution.
Facilitate executive-level reporting and governance meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
Identify technical risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges, driving proactive resolution.
Support program governance frameworks, Agile delivery practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
8-12+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or Program Management within technology environments.
Strong experience leading complex technical programs involving engineering, platform, or cloud initiatives.
Experience working closely with engineering, architecture, product, and infrastructure teams.
Strong ability to understand technical architecture, system integrations, APIs, and cloud platforms.
Proven experience managing cross-functional technical delivery across multiple teams.
Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience managing programs within enterprise or regulated environments.
