Job Description:

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AEM Full Stack Developer to support and enhance our digital platform built on Adobe Experience Manager as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS). This role requires strong hands-on experience across frontend and backend development, with the ability to build scalable components, integrate services, and maintain high code quality standards. The ideal candidate will bridge AEM backend capabilities with modern frontend frameworks, ensuring performant, secure, and maintainable web experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain web applications using AEMaaCS and modern JavaScript frameworks.
  • Build and enhance reusable AEM components, templates, and services.
  • Develop responsive, accessible, and high-performance UI using React, JavaScript, CSS, and jQuery.
  • Create and maintain Storybook documentation for UI components.
  • Implement and consume GraphQL and REST APIs.
  • Ensure code quality through Sonar and follow CI/CD best practices.
  • Manage artifacts and dependencies via Nexus.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and optimize website performance.
  • Review API designs for usability, performance, and security.
  • Support integration with enterprise services and external systems.

Required Skills & Experience

Core Technologies
  • Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS)
  • Proficiency in React, JavaScript (ES6+), CSS, and jQuery
  • Experience building component libraries using Storybook
  • Experience working with GraphQL APIs
  • Experience using Swagger/Postman for API documentation
  • Proficiency with GitHub workflows and pull request practices
  • Experience with Sonar for code quality and Nexus for artifact management

Web & Integration
  • Strong experience with REST and SOAP web services
  • Working knowledge of JSON and XML
  • Experience integrating frontend with backend services
  • Solid understanding of web application architecture and browser behavior
  • Knowledge & Experience on Git and Git flows
  • Knowledge & Experience CI/CD deployments.

Process & Delivery
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Strong debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and guide junior developers
  • Support on-call during any production issue (12 hours support during onshore timings)
  • Work on resolving incidents

Nice to Have
  • Experience with NestJS
  • Broader web application development experience
  • Knowledge of Oracle and/or MongoDB
  • Experience with cloud deployments and modern CI/CD pipelines
  • Familiarity with design systems and accessibility standards

Preferred Experience Level
  • 6+ years of overall web development experience
  • 4+ years of strong AEM experience
  • Proven experience in full stack development roles
  • Experience working in large enterprise digital environments
