Must be WI resident or willing to relocate within 30 days of start date at own expense. 90-100% remote but can require staff to come onsite as necessary with sufficient notice. Onsite work is not likely, but candidate should be prepared to come onsite if required.

Experience with creation of detailed workplans using automated tools 15 years
Excellent oral and written communication skills 15 years
Experience in Technical Writing and Documentation 12 years
Application Development and Support all phases of the systems development life cycle supporting a CICS/DB2/COBOL/SAS/JCL Mainframe Systems 8 years
MS Product experience (Excel, Outlook, Project, Word) 15 years
Experience completing Unit/Development Testing, Systems Testing, and Supporting User Acceptance Testing 15 years
Experience using SQL, SPUFI, Platinum, File Manager, Debugger, QMF Tools or equivalent 10 years
Experience working with a business customer to document requirements, analysis, and design deliverables 15 years
Use of Changeman, CNTL-M, JIRA Service Management, or similar tracking mechanism in performing software management activities. 10 years
Nice to have skills:
Knowledge and experience with child support system certification
Financial and/or Case Management Child Support Enforcement: Systems development and maintenance experience
