job summary:
The IT Associate Project Manager Lead applies leadership competencies and project management skills in the end-to-end delivery of projects of moderate to complex scope and/or subprojects of a large program or Program/Portfolio Management Office functions. Ensures the planning and execution phases meeting the project scope, cost, schedule, and quality expectations approved by the project stakeholders throughout the project's lifecycle. Can perform the role of Iteration Manager or Scrum Master under Progressive's Software Development Methodology as needed.

responsibilities:
1. Project Leadership:
o Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the Duck Creek Manuscript refactor project.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, testers, and stakeholders, to ensure project milestones are met.
o Maintain project timelines, budgets, and risk management plans.
2. Technical Oversight:
o Provide guidance and expertise on Duck Creek Policy system functionality, focusing on Manuscripts and their role in the policy lifecycle.
o Oversee the migration to Duck Creek OnDemand, ensuring a smooth transition with minimal disruption to business operations.
o Support efforts to identify and remove customizations, aligning with Duck Creek's out-of-the-box capabilities.
3. Stakeholder Communication:
o Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, risks, and challenges.
o Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and align technical solutions with business needs.
4. Quality Assurance:
o Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and align with Duck Creek best practices.
o Support testing efforts to validate the functionality and performance of the refactored system.
qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in leading or facilitating projects in an application development, infrastructure, process, or similar areas is required.
- {OR} Bachelor's Degree or higher in a Business or Technical discipline (e.g., Business Administration, Communications, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or Project Management) and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in leadership or in leading or facilitating projects in an application development, infrastructure, process, or similar areas.
