Lead test planning, estimation & execution
Drive quality engineering & shift-left practices

Validate Policy & Billing modules
Test core workflows:
- Submission Quote Bind Issue
- Endorsements, Renewals, Cancellations
- Billing lifecycle (invoicing, payments, collections)
Validate rating, underwriting & integrations

Identify UI & API automation opportunities

Required Skills
Strong experience in Duck Creek Policy & Billing
Deep expertise in Commercial P&C Insurance
Proven QA Lead / Onsite coordination experience
Test strategy, defect management & RCA
Automation exposure (UI/API frameworks)
Agile / Scrum methodologies
Ideal Candidate
10 14 years in QA / Testing
4+ years as QA Lead / Onsite
Strong stakeholder management skills
Ability to bridge business & technical teams
