Job Description
Our Client is seeking a dynamic Senior Manager, Finance Transformation & Systems to drive innovation and efficiency across our finance organization. This role will be pivotal in bridging planning, reporting, and systems, ensuring seamless integration between current and future state processes. The ideal candidate will be a certified Anaplan Model Builder with strong SAP expertise, ready to lead transformation initiatives and support the finance team through critical system implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Anaplan Financial Modelling: Build and maintain financial models and dashboards to support strategic decision-making.
• SAP ERP Implementation: Act as a key partner in the SAP ERP rollout, connecting planning and reporting processes across the finance organization.
• Transition Support: Design and implement Anaplan solutions to facilitate the team’s transition during system upgrades.
• Ad Hoc Support: Collaborate with the Financial Reporting and Consolidation team on special projects and requests.
• Testing & Tracking: Support team members in Anaplan testing, monitor progress, and report delays to ensure timely delivery.
• SAP Functional Testing: Test SAP functionalities related to Financial Reporting and Systems to validate accuracy and efficiency.
• Change Communication: Effectively communicate system and process changes to the broader finance organization, ensuring alignment and adoption.
Mandatory Requirements:
• Anaplan Model Builder Certification (required)
• Experience with SAP
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA (preferred)
• Proven expertise in Anaplan
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams through transformation projects
• Detail-oriented with a focus on process improvement and efficiency
