Job Title: Director Enterprise Data & Analytics Location: Edison, NJ (Onsite 3 Days/Week) Duration: Fulltime Start Date: ASAP Salary: DOE
We are looking for a seasoned Director Enterprise Data & Analytics to lead enterprise-wide data strategy and transformation initiatives. This role will drive modernization of legacy systems into a cloud-native Lakehouse architecture and enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Required Skills
At least 15+ years of experience in Data, Analytics, or BI leadership
Expert in Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Azure Data Factory/Synapse
Strong Experience with SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP S/4HANA Cloud
Strong knowledge of Lakehouse Architecture, Data Modeling, and Enterprise Security
Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Expertise in Enterprise Data Transformation initiatives
