We are looking for SAP CPI Lead Onshore, preferably Santa Ana, California based.

Job Description – SAP Integration Architect

Primary skills

• At least 15 yrs of experience in SAP integration with at least 4 years in SAP CPI integration
• Proven experience in leading system integration teams and managing the full lifecycle of technology implementations from design to delivery
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex, cross functional challenges
• Strong record of integrating on-prem to on-prem, on-prem to cloud, cloud to cloud, on-prem to SaaS, SaaS to SaaS
• Proficient in using API integration tools such as Postman and SOAP UI4
• Strong expertise in building Custom iFlows using various functions available in CPI.
• Strong expertise in either Groovy script or Java script for developing iFlows.
• Good experience on Node Functions, Queues, Contexts in Message Mapping & XSLT Mappings.
• Good working knowledge working with most of the standard adapters available in SAP CPI (FILE, RFC, IDOC, JDBC, SOAP, REST, SFTP, JMS, OData, SuccessFactors etc.)
• Should understand configuration with respect to CPI on Cloud Connector & Hana Cockpit (BTP), SOAMANAGER.
• Good expertise in using the Monitoring tool in CPI for managing certificates, Keystores or Troubleshooting any iFlow errors using Trace and Debug functionalities.
• Work with EDI standards such as EDIFACT, ANSI X12, XML, JSON, and industry-specific variants
• Define and manage trading partner onboarding, connectivity, and communication protocols (AS2, SFTP, OFTP, VAN)
• Collaborate with SAP functional teams (SD, MM, FI, TM, WM/EWM) to align EDI integrations with business processes
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to developers on integration patterns, clean core methodology.
• Maintain architecture documentation, interface specifications, and operational runbooks
• Mentor integration developers and enforce integration and EDI best practices
• Demonstrated outstanding communication skills, effectively translating complex technical information for non-technical audiences.

Secondary skills

• Good too have experience in SAP PI/PO to design, build & deployment of A2A and B2B integrations.
• Should be proficient in developing ESR and ID objects, Graphical and Java mapping and proficient on XML Technologies
• Should have good knowledge of SAP PO’s NWA for configuring Certificates, Creating Destinations, PGP Encryptions.
