Summary

Investment Systems Developer

Onsite

A client of ours is seeking an Investment Systems Developer to develop and support business-critical applications used within a fast-paced financial trading environment.

This is a highly collaborative position working directly with trading operations, finance, and other business teams to understand their needs and turn them into reliable technology solutions.

Responsibilities

Design and develop applications using C#, .NET, and SQL

Build and enhance systems supporting trading and financial operations

Work directly with operations and finance users to understand business requirements

Develop integrations, workflows, and tools that improve day-to-day processes

Troubleshoot complex application and production issues

Participate in architecture and technical design decisions

Lead development initiatives and provide guidance to other engineers

Improve application performance, reliability, and scalability

Qualifications

Senior-level software development experience

Strong hands-on expertise with C# and .NET

Advanced SQL and relational database experience

Experience developing enterprise or business-critical applications

Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with business stakeholders

Previous technical leadership experience is highly desirable

Background within banking, hedge funds, capital markets, investment management, or quantitative trading strongly preferred

Experience supporting trading operations, financial operations, or investment systems is a major plus
