HR Technology Developer

Onsite

A client of ours is seeking a HR Technology Developer to help build and enhance a technology platform supporting HR and finance teams. This is a senior-level position requiring strong hands-on development experience with C# and .NET.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and enhance enterprise applications using C# and .NET

Build scalable, reliable application features and integrations

Troubleshoot complex application and production issues

Participate in architecture and technical design decisions

Work closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders

Review code and help establish development best practices

Mentor other developers and provide technical guidance

Support applications throughout the full development lifecycle

Qualifications

Strong professional development experience with C# and .NET

Senior-level software engineering or application development background

Experience building enterprise or SaaS applications

Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, databases, and modern development practices

Experience working with complex business applications

HR technology, HRIS, payroll, benefits, workforce management, or finance technology experience is highly desirable

Candidates with 7 8 years of experience may be considered particularly strong when they bring relevant HR-tech domain expertise

Strong communication and technical leadership skills
