Job Details

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all daily field operations for a ground-up restaurant project
  • Manage subcontractors, schedules, inspections, and site logistics
  • Maintain project safety, quality control, and production timelines
  • Coordinate closely with Project Managers, architects, and ownership teams
  • Lead weekly subcontractor meetings and maintain project documentation
  • Ensure project milestones and turnover deadlines are achieved
  • Maintain clean and organized jobsite operations
  • Proactively identify and solve field-related issues

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction
  • Restaurant, retail, or hospitality project experience strongly preferred
  • Experience managing projects in the $3M-$15M range
  • Strong scheduling and subcontractor coordination skills
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Procore or similar construction software experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities
