Description
- Perform and certify terminations: RJ45, Keystone, F-Connectors, fiber (mechanical & fusion)
- Read and interpret prints and documentation; manage updates and field conditions
- Conduct advanced testing and certification using OTDR, cable certifier, network analyzer, etc.
- Install and dress server racks, building cabling pathways (conduit, basket/ladder trays, etc.).
- Perform quality assurance inspections and maintain documentation
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, engineers, and project managers
- Use Microsoft Office Suite to document deliverables and/or updates and Visio to document rack layouts
- Work in various site conditions including confined spaces and heights
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of structured cabling experience with advanced copper and fiber skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a project site lead
- Proficient in splicing, certifying, labeling, and documentation
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel
- Able to operate aerial lifts (boom and scissor) and work at heights
- Willingness to obtain certifications as needed
- Reliable transportation

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $29.00/hr.
