Job Description:
>> Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements
>> Facilitate requirement workshops and working sessions
>> Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, process flows, and user stories
>> Support backlog creation, refinement, and prioritization in alignment with Agile practices
>> Act as a liaison between business and development teams to ensure clear communication and alignment
Requirements:
>> 7+ years of experience
>> Strong Billing expertise in the P&C domain, preferably with hands-on experience in Guidewire along with other legacy Billing platforms
>> Experience with business systems analysis, requirements gathering and documentation in Agile environments (ScrumSAFe)
>> Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and process mapping tools (e.g., Lucidchart)
>> Experience with system integrations, data mapping, and APIs
>> Preferred skills: Experience with billing systems or loss sensitive products, insurance industry experience (Guidewire or similar platforms a plus), Snaplogic, basic SQL or data analysis experience
